Luis Suárez deliberately blocks a goal-bound header with his hand, gets sent off, and Asamoah Gyan — with the entire continent watching — steps up to take the penalty that would send Ghana to the semi-finals. He hits the crossbar. Ghana eventually lose on penalties. Suárez celebrates on the pitch. It remains one of the most gut-wrenching, controversial, talked-about moments in World Cup history, and Ghanaians have never forgotten it.
